I told my daughter I got one of those runner's ID's. I'm always reading how they've saved someone's life in Runner's World. Brigette suggested that I used dark soled shoes when running on the sidewalk and light soled shoes when on asphalt. "Because then it's easier to determine when and where the vehicle hit you and the direction and speed of the vehicle." (She's a detective with a Vehicular Crimes Unit.)
I love these helpful running tips. And no, I'm not getting two different colored-soled running shoes.
Whoo-hoo! Made it into your blog again!
